Todd has over 20 years of staffing, recruiting, and consulting experience and has held many positions as a Senior Leader working for some of the largest staffing organization in North America. Todd is known if his ability to understand client needs and customize a program to help his customers with their short- and long-term goals. He has built programs, trainings, and operating procedures for multiple million-dollar staffing companies with his clients and candidates as the focus and with the goal of making the overall experience for both the client and candidate faster, better, and more effective.
With ZEMLOCK LLC, Todd has developed a specialized approach to the search and recruitment process to better help the candidates and clients with making a better match and lessen time to fill critical positions.
Throughout his career Todd has developed sales trainings specific for the staffing industry and has trained more than 1,000 sales professionals, accounting executives, branch managers, area managers, account managers and regional directors.
